What is the best Capture Card for under $1000?

Hey, I want to get a capture card for my PC that has a firewire, Composite, S video in and outs. What is the best card for under 1000 that has does all these features and is the best quality. Also, whats the next step up from this card and how much more would it cost. A grand is my budget, but if something is much better and only alittle more, i can save up. Thanx alot for the help.
