Well here's the deal, i got a bunch of dolby digital (ac3) songs, i need a way to play them via SPDIF in my SB Live, i know power dvd and some other DVD programs can do it, but they do it with a mediocre playlist or not playlist at all, i want to know if there is someway to make Media player or Winamp send this ac3 files through spdif interface. Or if there is any decent player that can do the same.

You must set the output of your sound card to digital output.
I think you can achieve that in the control panel of windows.
That's all then you just play whatever you want and it will output through the SPDIF output.
