    making a dvd

    I have 2 split .avi files and I want to know how to make these into a dvd that I can watch in my DVD player. please help me

      You will have to convert the .avi files to Mpeg2, using for instant TMPEnc (http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/do...s/tmpgenc.html) the only problem with this program is that you only can use the MPEG2 feature for 30 days. But I don't know any other programs that are better than this one.

      When you open TMPEnc you choose the profile you want to use(Pal@25FPS or NTSC@29,97 or 23,97FPS) Pal if you live in Europa and NTSC if you live in America, but check the framerate in VirtualDub.

      Convert it to MPEG2, and use a program that is able to burn DVD's, like the newest version of Nero
