Best Video Card for viewing .AVI on TV?

I will be building a new AMD XP computer using Windows 2000 and need to know what video card to install that will also allow me to view my .avi movies on the TV (using the s-video connection). I would prefer a value card instead ov a top-end costly card.
    What are your favorite cards?
    Thanks

I really like my Matrox Marvel G450. But it's a little expensive if all you need is Divx playback on TV.

I have recently purchased a Radeon 9000 pro card, and I must say going from a NVidia based TV-Output to ATI TV-Output has been quiet stunning, so whatever you do, do NOT buy a NVidia based Card, it is just not good enough with the output

But as gikstar said, Matrox is pretty good, but ATI is also pretty good.
