How come I can't append this .avi file?

These are the informations about the 2 files I want to join together... Actually, I simply converted them in 2 different times but with the same specs codecs etc.

Here is the comparison, could anyone tell me what to do to join those two?

You created the first file with NO compression ("Uncompressed RGB"). You created the second with the DivX v.5.02 video codec. These certainly do NOT qualify as "the same codecs"...
