igital Satelite Reciver Only Interlaced???

My Parents have recently investet in a Digital Satelite reciver and then I thought because it is Digital it gives much better quality captures.

When capturing from an analog TV Station while they are showing a movie it is not interlaced because you have 25FPS showed on a 50Hz TV and the half pictures is of course the same so I get a non Interlaced picture but when I am capturing from the reciver the picture is Interlaced

Does Anyone know why???

Never mind I found a filter for VDub that is able to do Proper Deinterlace on a PAL Movie:
