Hi, I'm running WinDVR2 on Win2k. I have a FAT32 and a NTFS formated harddrive but would like the FAT32 one to store my captured videos. I noticed that when I record something from TV WinDVR splits the file when it reaches about 550 MB size. So it starts a new file with same settings and everything, only thing is: I can't open it with ANY program besides Windows Media Player. Since I would like a series to be in one piece I want to join the 2 created files and convert them... But TMPEG always says "illegal stream". So now I have to questions: Why can't I edit the 2nd file and why does WinDVR create a 2nd file anyway? I read something about a filesize limit on FAT32 but this is about 4 GB and not 550 MB?! Intervideo support didn't answer me, so I really need your help...
Thanks, Primal
