REGION CODE FREE DOWNLOADS FOR NORMAL DVD PLAYERS

HELP !! IS THERE A DOWNLOAD FOR 'REGULAR DVD PLAYERS"(i MEAN NOT ON A COMPUTER).

PRESENTLY I HAVE A REGION 2 PLAYER .

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD SOMETHING , BURN IT ON CD,
TO CHANGE MY PLAYER , SO IT WILL PLAY ALL REGION
DVD ?

or how can i chjange the settings so it will accept to
play dvd from any region of the world.?
