Help please with SVCD

I am a complete novice, please help. When i try to make a SVCD of a downloaded movie the following message appears:
Due to patent license restrictions, the MPEG2 encoding/converting is not available.

I am on a trial version of Nero5,

Any sollutions?

Svcd/Mpeg2 encod plugin for Nero5 is a commercial version, you need pay so that you can use for Svcd burning.

Anyway, i got an package of couples plugins include Svcd encoding for the latest version of Nero, hope this would work for your question!

see the attachment, due to the limitation on the file size, I packed it into 3 parts of rar files. pls download all 3 files and unrar the files with latest version of WinRAR.exe. enjoy it!
