dolby digital

i keep searching, reading, looking.....and i dont really find it in simple words.
is it possible yes or no to have dolby digital sound on SVCD or DivX or XviD...if yes on any of those please tell me how.

Uaing AC3 sound stream for AVI files would pretty much allow you to have Dolby sound. As for (S)VCDs, I doubt you can ever get true dolby sound. The best you can get is dolby-emulated sound from the stereo source.
