Having trouble making SVCD's, and quality VCDS with Kazaa files!

I have been making VCD's using Nero but the quality isn't that great so I want to make SVCD's but I dont' I have the plug in for Nero. So I thought I would change them over to MPEG 2 and then burn them but I haven't found anything to do that with and the files won't open in Virtual Dub because virtual dub can't find a decompressor for format 'MP43' or Microsoft High-Speed MPEG-4 V3. If anyone has an idea how to fix this let me know.

I don't think he was advertising, he was merely stating that some of the movies he got were having problems opening.
