in the beginnig of the video its ok but later on it screw up .
how do i change the frame rate of video and audio to by in syncComment

1. Load up AVI file in Virtual/nandub
2. Set both Video and Audio tabs to Direct Stream Copy
3. Under Audio, go to Interleave and input the appropriate value in the 'Delay audio track by x ms' box
4. Go to File -> Save as AVI and give a name to the new file
In the case of the audio gradually getting more and more off-synch from the video, add the following step prior to saving the file:
-. Under Video, go to Frame Rate and select "Change so video and audio durations match (you should see a value similar to the original frame rate).Comment

In the case of the audio gradually getting more and more off-synch from the video, there is NO NEED to "3. Under Audio, go to Interleave and input the appropriate value in the 'Delay audio track by x ms' box"...
Simply set BOTH "Video and "Audio" to Direct Stream Copy" and, as I indictaed previously, simply from the "Video" dropdown menu, select "Change framerate so video and audio durations match" - then save with a new filename...Comment

"this piece of **** audio is still early"
If the audio is "early" by the same amount of time throughout the movie then, by all means (as Enchanter had previously mentioned):
"1. Load up AVI file in Virtual/nandub
2. Set both Video and Audio tabs to Direct Stream Copy
3. Under Audio, go to Interleave and input the appropriate value in the 'Delay audio track by x ms' box
4. Go to File -> Save as AVI and give a name to the new file"
You may have to experiment a bit in order to determine the (positive or negative) "appropriate amount to enter in the "Delay audio track by" box.
If this still doesn't resolve your synchronization problem, try using AVSync...Comment

that would be hard or maybe impossible because its fine in the beginning of the video but later like 26 min in its messedComment

Naaah... ;>}
In VirtualDub, just move the slider to set your starting point to the frame where the sound becomes out of synch (Then, from the Edit dropdown menu, click on "Set selection start") and your end point by moving the slider to the end of the file (Then, from the Edit dropdown menu, click on "Set selection end")Comment
