    ZOOM at PC DVD Software

    Hello all!

I'd like to know if there's any software for PC DVD users with zoom feature. Watching a whole movie with black bars can be somehow irritating and if anyone knows about any program which is capable of zooming please let me know.
I have a TV-out PCI card. Would the zoom work for the video output as well?

    Thanks,
    Renan

Even for hardware based decoders? I tried Zoom Player but it doesn't work well for TV-OUT cards

Rather ironically, Zoom Player was inititally developed for the "Tv-out" function. Exactly, what is the problem with Zoomplayer.

I personally, like BSPLAYER and would recommend you give it a try for your "zooming" needs.

The problem with Zoom Player is that, although the zoom works very well for the image on the monitor screen, no good results are seen on the output image. The black bars still exist for 2:35:1 DVDs and the image gets vertically streched.

batman, what's the link to download bsplayer please?

The divx-digest software section should have BSPLAYER available. I believe the webiste url is www.bsplayer.org

Still nothing. All these programs I have been using: BSPlayer, Zoom Player, DSPlayer are all great. I think that my real problem is somehow concerned to the hardware decoders. No matter the zoom I use, I will always get an anamorphic output to my TV. Is there any updated decoder for Cinemaster card which works different from this?

If you have an nvidia card tvtool may be useful.

I have a Nvidia Diamond Viper V770D. Kinda old but works very well.
