    Legal matters about subtitels

    Hello!

I have received a offer from a friend about serving subs on a machine at my home. Nothing proffessional, just for fun I guess. The thing I am curious about is the legal matters. Is there any aspects I need to look into, or is it just to beam up the machine and serve them? Why I am asking is cuse I alredy have a warning from my ISP, and another they remove my internet. That warning was not cuse of subs of any kind. I live in Sweden/Europe and my ISP is called BoStream.

Great thanks to every one that has something to tell!

If your ISP is "picky" about the tranfer of copyrighted content then uploading subs may cause a problem. The MPAA would probably view these files as illegal.
