    Nasty Warning Message in TMPGEnc

Evenin all, I posted up a thread this morning regarding the bitrate adjustment in TMPGEen cus I didn't know how to adjust it. I got a reply telling me how to go about changing the bitrate so i've just had a quick look at it again and nearly fell off my chair when I got this message popup:-

You are about to unlock the limitation.

If you unlock this, the file wound be out of standard.
User must agree with doing this by his/her own risk!
No-one would help/support for any results arsiring from such unlocked setting.
    Do you agree?

So, my question is this, what will happen if I unlock the bitrate? And what am I agreeing to? And what does 'wound out of standard' mean? Thanks , DJNickyboy

The message is basically telling you to "watch out" because depending on the different settings you might choose, you will be creating a non-compliant vcd (so called xvcd) which might not be playable in your dvd, however most are playable in newer dvd players.
