    avi to dvd

I have an AVI movie (DIvX), and to put it onto a DVD-R i use SOnic MyDVD( came with burner) but the problem is, it doesnt keep the aspec ratio. It stretched is to full screen. How do i stop it from doing that? if i cant do it wiht this program, what will work so i am able to keep aspect ratio?

use tmpgenc to encode, then use nero to only burn, NOT reencode...
if it is a widescreen, use the 4:3 525 line (625 in PAL world)
In my experience, 16:9 isn't usually my case for avi movies that look 16:9.
