Hi,
I have a problem with my Windows Media Player 9 for XP (my os is XP Pro)
I have some video files in avi format , as I wanted to reduce there seize in order to send them by email I used Windows Movie Maker 2 for XP and save them as wmv format (Reduced the seize from 6MB to about 1.5MB)
I had no problem in viewing them with my Window Media Player 9 butas I imported the wmv file to my other computer (Same OS-XP Pro and also Movie Maker 2 installed) the video file was blinking about every half a second while playing it in Windows Media player 9
As I thought that the file might be corrupt I converted it back to avi format and I was able to view it correctly on both computers .
I had the same problem with all wmv files , only on the other computer.
I reinstalled Windows Media Player 9 for XP from cnet-downloads, but it did not solve the problem
Any ideas ?
Is it possible to uninstall Windows Media Player 9 ?
Any help will be appreciated
