DivX Movies Fading To Pink And Green

I am in the process of backing up my DVDs with FlaskMPEG and DivX 3.11 Alpha. All my movies work great except two. In John Q and Lilo & Stitch, the screen either develops a green or a pink tinge. Only after about 10 seconds does it correct itself and return to normal colours. This happens every 10 minutes or so in the movie. Anyone know the reason for this?

Does the same thing occur when you play the ripped DVD from your hard drive?

Nope, perfect when I play the VOBs... maybe a problem with this version of DivX I guess.

I don't think so. I converted "Lilo and Stitch" using Flask v.0.594PX3 and DivX v.3.11alpha - and the video exhibits no such problems...

Well I tried it again using 5.02 and even though it's almost 100Mb bigger, the video is perfect now. Weird!
