*.sub 2 MicroDVD Format, is it possible?

Hi, I'm kind of new in the digital video subject. I saw many sites with subtitles for my favorite movies, but the one subtitle I need the most is a in two *.sub files... (Don't you just love when that happens? ) Can anyone help me? Is there any program that can convert *.SUB files to MicroDVD *.txt files?

I use a plain, simple WYSIWYG software called
- SubKonverter (notice the K not C)
or you can use CVStudio...
