Which hardware codec to software codec may convert perfect VCD? I don't know there is any such hardware real-timer codec available. Currently I just use TMPGEnc to encode VCD. I satisfy the quality very much but it take me much time.
Is there any better codec? Which is the best?
When I encode VCD from DV .avi file by TMPGEnc, the sound is distortion. Even I use tooLame to encode sound. Anybody know this problem?
