Putting copyright/icon on video

Ok.. pretty new to all this DivX stuff and such. I know the basics of vdub and so on.. But I recently made some video files i'd like to put on my website. Now the question is is it possible to put a text/icon in the video file? (ie. you have a graphic file of the icon and you want it merged into the stream of the video) Something like when you see a tv-stations logo in the upperright corner at all time..

Hope it makes sense and someone is able to help me out..
