Need DVD Player help

I have a problem with my PowerDVD/WinDVD... they're both playing all the DVDs well except for one (Twin Peaks Season 1 Disc 2), everytime I try to run it PowerDVD displays a "Error in dvd_x.imp" and WinDVD displays a "Error in Kernel32.dll"... anyone have any idea of what I should do?

Such a statement would create STRONG speculation that the DVD is either dirty or flawed...
