Edit a dv25 codec file

Hi Dudes!

I got a AVI video file created on Adobe Premier and a DV player conecting on my firewire port. But when I go to other computer to edit the file, they say " Unable to open that file. File uses an unsupported compresion format".

Theres anyone form to convert this file to an editable avi ?

ok, i go to learn about it and I download the canopulus procodec. But the video still didnt open.
