.viv to other video format?

Hi, just wanted to know if u can convert the old .viv Video files to another video format (anyone like rm, mov, avi, mpeg)
i just have 1 file in viv format and eventually would like to do something with it.

yes, is there any way to do this? I am having the same problem -- I gotta get rid fo these viv files I have!
