    Saving wmv files

    Gday,
I Have tried a few methods to save a wmv file: mms://broadband.netshow.ninemsn.com.au/broadband/entertainment/comedyink.wmv
I appear to be able to save it with asf recorder, but then it creates an error in playback. Are there any other methods to save? Are there any really reliable playback apps that could play this file?
Also, it plays fine straight from the URL in windows media player.
    Thanks for your help!
Oh, and it could have digital rights management... not sure

    Right-click and "save target as".

You can then play it in WMP or WinAmp3.
Did you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:

Sounds like you're trying to download a product that the author doesn't want anyone to be able to download.

If that's the case, this forum is not where you want to be posting questions of this sort...
