More OGM/5.1 ogg audio Playback Probs.

alright, after beliving that method of converting the AC3 streams into 5.1 ogg, i found i must be wrong still. I used BeSweet to rip the AC3, and change the framerate to 23.976, and then encoded it to 256kbps 5.1 ogg. I then mux using the OggMux-0.9.4.3. After watching my videos i noticed that the audio was smooth, but the the video became in and out of sync with it. I tried then leaving the audio at the 29.97fm/s but the audio is still out of sync. The desycronization is most apperent in Divx 2.1 player, and WMP 6.4, but ALMOST seems fine in WMP9. Is this just a problem with the OGM container itself, or am still screwin it up somewheres?
