Avisynth 2.5 plug-ins

I am looking for certain Avisynth 2.5 plug-ins (that are available for Avisynth 2.0x and I have been using for ages). They are, namely:
-. Tweak
-. Vobsub

Does anyone know if these two plug-ins are available for Avisynth 2.5? If so, I would appreciate a link or two to these important (to me) files. Thanks!

Edit: Never mind about the Tweak filter. It is built into Avisynth now apparently. I still need assistance with Vobsub filter though.
