    need help!!!

    i downloaded a episode of survivor amazon from kazaa...the person i downloaded from told me that both the audio and video work...however when it finished only the audio works!!! help me please...is there something i can do to maybe fix the file or a player i need to download to play it??? and also something to convert it from AVI to MPEG??? any help would be appreciated...

    1. Load up the AVI file into GSpot and post a screenshot of the information displayed here.

    Alternatively:
    1. Open the file in Virtualdub
    2. Go to File -> File Information
    3. Post what information you see here

            Once you have the file information window up and selected (active), simply press "Alt - Print Scrn" and "Paste" the image to a photo editing software. Save the image and upload it in this forum.

            Otherwise, you can always type the informations straight onto this thread. Surely you are not that 'helpless' there, are you?

                Download and install FFDShow. I suggest going for the latest Alpha version.

                Configure it to play DivX 3 contents (along with other supported codecs, if you wish). Don't forget to enable Post-processing as well (by bringing the bar to the right-most).
