    Help w/ DVD Authoring

I have a movie which I encoded w/Adobe Premiere into a perfect DVD widescreen .m2v format. (It's 720x480) Now I want to burn it onto a DVD.

However, I'm using Dazzle DVD Complete to Author and it wants to change the aspect ratio to full screen, which makes it look all stretched out.

Does anyone know a program that I can use to accept the wide aspect ratio or how to get DVD Comp. to work?

    All comments are appreciated, thanks.

TMPGEnc DVD Author (NOT to be confused with TMPGEnc, by the same publisher/author)...

What exactly do you mean? You certainly don't have "widescreen audio", do you?

If you have a corresponding audio file (.AC3 or .MP2 format), you simply load that into TMPGEnc DVD Author right after you've loaded the .M2V file...

"should something be in the Audio TS?"

Nope - it should be empty. The .VOBs in your "VIDEO_TS" folder should contain multiplexed video and audio (if your initial file contained both).

If you have a software DVD player, sucha s WinDVD, installed, simply play back one of the .VOBs...

for some reason the audio is not playing on media players or software DVD players. I specified the audio file. Why is this happening?

                "I specified the audio file."

Have you PLAYED this audio file - to be certain it actually has sound?

                As I said earlier:

                ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have no way of knowing what you have or haven't done to create either an acceptable separate audiostream or multiplexed video/audio streams...
