Using TV Out as TV in??

Is there a possibility to use the TV out part of an Nvidia chipset card as TV in???? I would think new drivers would have to be rewritten to encode instead of decode.........please respond with your ideas?

I doubt it, for if it were possible there would be no need for those cards that actually have both capabilities to have the two separate groups of connections that they, in fact, do have...
