Buggy TrueMotion AVI

I have an AVI in TrueMotion2.0 that Im trying to convert to Divx for size reasons. Everytime I open the file, in ANY player it says an error is caused in MPEG2DMX.AX. I cant get it to open in any encoders either. & none of the avi repair programs seem to alter the file whatsoever. PLZ HELP. PLZ I know it works tho because it runs fine in AVIpreview (the only ONLY program that seems to run it)

Try reinstalling the codec for TrueMotion2.0. Perhaps the version currently installed in your system is buggy or just corrupted?
