    stretch video

I have an avi. file that is 544x256

I want to convert to VCD using TMPGEnc.

For Arrange Method I don't want to use Full Screen(keep aspect ratio) and keep the full size of the black bars and I don't want to use Full Screen and stretch the video fully to fit a 4:3 screen. I wanna split the difference. Is there a way to stretch it just slightly to fit more of the screen without cutting away pixels from the sides and without distorting the picture too much like it would using the Full Screen Arrange Method?

I managed to fill more of the screen without cutting away any of the sides of the vid and without distorting the picture too much. Since the input video was 544x256 I figured when converted to Mpeg1 @ 352x240 the actuall viewable area was 352x166.

What I did was change the size of the Mpeg video stream to 352x192 and used the Full Screen Arrange method which stretched the video enough without distorting it too much to tell
