Need help!

I have a big problem.
I have downloaded a few movies on my computer but i dont want to see them on the computer i want to watch them on my Playstion 2 DVD player. I have a DVD burner and DVD discs to save the movies on. My problem is that my freind said that Playstation 2 does not support DivX. What do i need to do to wiew my burned DVD discs on my PS 2.
I really need help!

Second after converting to DVD compliant files there should be no DivX left. So there should be no problem.

So i dont need do download a program ore sommething like that i can just burn the cs and watch my movies

Use TMPGEnc to encode it for DVD's and if you want to make a DVD into another DVD use DVDShrink

I have now burned a DVD disc but i cant watch it on my PS2. The problem is that when i want to se the i see a text (Please but in a Playstaion or a Playstion 2 format disc. I relly need help with this!! What should i do?

Your goona need a mod chip to play DVD-R DVDs and games.
It's a bit out the scope of this forum.

PS.
DivX can be played on the PS2.
Again, you need a mod chip and then burn the cdr using the following Guides.

You will not need a mod chip but could damage PS2
