Hope this is the correct forum!

Does anybody know if the new @SKYBOX satellite receiver which links to a PC via a USB 1.1 connector actually uses the USB to record the video digitally ie not via analogue output through s-vhs or scart?
The review I saw was in the June WHAT SATELLITE AND DIGITAL TV in the UK. The review implies that a capture card is not necessary.

The box is French made and the only reviews that I have found on the net are in the French language.

But google and other search sites can translate languages. Translating those french language sites into english may provide you with some help.
