Suggestions for compatible 1394 PCI card to download video from Sony TRV-19 camcorder

Does anyone have any suggestions about what card is compatible with the Sony TRV- 19 DV camcorder ? I want to burn the video onto DVD's , I have Ulead VS 6 installed as well as MYDVD 4.0 . I am currently using the ADS Instant DVD to encode from a VCR to MPEG2 I am able to use MYDVD to capture and edit with the Ulead program . I am still running W- 98 , not SE!,so there may be a problem . Is here anyway to capture straght to Mpeg2 on a firewire card ?

If you happen to have the same question as I . The Koutech 3 port firewire card works great , uses the generic driver from windows 98SE !I capture with either the Imagemixer that came with the camera or Ulead 6 that comes with the K-card .Both work fine . Plus the card was cheap about $ 33 no shipping .I found it on the Yahoo store .
