I believe that you failed to mention that this is not freeware. The version available for download expires in 10 days - unless you pay to register.

It does appear to be apromising program.

        Regarding dearlilie's post :

All but one of your 9 posts are to do with DVDCutter Stream and Mp3CDWav Converter - do you work for them (******.com is a Chinese company, and your IP address indicates you are from China as well)?

Regardless, this may be considered spam if you continue to post similar messages promoting the same product, which is against the rules of this board. Consider yourself warned.

It's okay to promote a product that you like, but if you do it each and every time you post something, then it's going to annoy some users.

I have posted this message because some other members have expressed concern about your posts.

          Hi,

I use Micro$oft's GraphEdit for a very easy way to convert wmv files to DivX/AVI. Just open the file in GraphEdit (File->Render Media File). Replace the "Video Renderer" with a "AVI Mux" and "File Writer" filter that points to a new AVI file. Replace the "Default DirectSound Device" with a "WAV Dest" and "File Writer" filter that points to a new WAV file. All these filters are from the DirectShow category in the "Graph->Insert Filters" menu.
Now press play and wait. Once the conversion is done, use the WAV and AVI files as input for VirtualDub.

          Reiner.
