Is it legal to crack copyguarded VHS tapes. If so, is there a download to do this?

First of all yes it is illegal to copy any copyrighted material. Also it would be against the rules to tell/show/give refrences to do so.

You live in a US Territory. It is not illegal to backup/duplicate copyrighted material that you've purchased.

The copy protection on commercial VHS tapes is known as Macrovision. Read the posts in the Macrovision sub-forum here...
