Don't hear sound while plaving some files

Hello,
My problem is that certain AVI files that I have downloaded don't play the sound when I play them in DivX player. I have the version 2.1 divX player and the DivX codec version 5.05.

DivX gives the message:
The file contains the following type of data
Audio Data Tag 353
Then it says u may need to install another audio codec.
Now I don't know which audio codec is needed and from where can I get it. These files when I played them in another computer were working fine but now I do not have access to that computer. Please can anybody help me !

That's the decimal version of "0x161" - the "DivX Audio" codec (Hack of the original Microsoft WMA codec).

Download and install the DivX v.3.11alpha codec, which includes in its package the automatic installation of this audio codec. Then reboot your system...
