Beginner needs help with Playstation VCD

I have converted the video files that i want on the playstation cd to the correct file format (*.str) and cant figure out how to make the playstation play them oce they are burnt onto the cd if anyone has any infomation or can give me a helping hand... its making my head hurt

Hey Thanks 4 the tip i have found out how to make a PSX disk and run programms on it if any1 needs this help i will send them da guide if they send me their email addy!!!!!
