Hello guys,

A short question, but maybe I can get some help. How to make a live video broadcast through internet if I have ADSL fast connection here and a DV camera? I appreciate the help!!

there is programs that do it. I used them for a while but I forgot the name. it will come back to me and i'll post it here.

I can tell you now thogh that you wont likley be able to do much with a DSL line for this unless you have some INSANE speed. to stream high res DV at a decent frame rate would require mass bandwidth and your bandwidth will rapidly get sucked down if you get more then a couple people conected at once.

Hmm, but can you please anyway tell me the program name? I would just like to try it, not neccessary to use with mass people.

there are multiple programs that can record streaming
video content to harddisk like

VCR Streambox ripper, asf recorder, or the camtasia studio..... it depends on what format the video is in....
while the camtasia can record any formats, but a high speed PC is required to do so.....

if you want to use your cam:

chances are that you do not need any additional software
if your cam has a analog video in such as S-Video or composite, as well as an audio in....

and your graphic card provides a TV out or S-video out.

if so ....

connect your cam with a svideo cable
camera video in<---->graphic card video out.
conect your audio
camera audio in <----> audiocard line out

set your graphic card to display to tv

visit your online movie website.....

start camera recording ---> start movieplayback in fullscreen..
