    Burning Downloaded Files onto DVD

Well, recently I downloaded an Anime called 'Naruto'. It's very popular. I was hoping to burn this onto a DVD or VCD so that it would play in a DVD player. Now, I am pretty new with buring things. Although, I have worked with CloneCD in the past.

I was just wondering what I'd need to burn these files onto the DVD or VCD software wise (So that they are playable in a DVD Player), whether VCD or DVD would be better, and if I'll need to convert these file types.

    Thanks in advance.

P.S. Sorry about putting this in the 'General' Forum, I didn't know where else to put it!

        good quality movie
        low quality soundfile

        avi to SVCD or vcd
use Tmpeg encoder to convert to VCD or SVCD
format .... burn with vcdeasy or nero or your burning software

since the picture quality is of high resolution.....

        avi to DVD

use " tmpeg encoder" to convert the avi to dvd compliant
        mpeg2 format.....

use Tmpeg DVD author (this is not tmpeg encoder . but a differnt program) or DVDlab to create dvdcompliant
filestructure burn with you burning software

read the postings about avi to dvd in here

Ok, well do you know where I can find this encoder and author software? It's not on this site, nor Download.com.

            Go to:

We create the best video software encoder, DVD/Blu-ray/AVCHD authoring software, and MPEG lossless editing software.
