TV out - Nvidia ou ATI?

Which is the best tv out to view movies on the tv? Nvidia has tvtool, and what about Ati? Is their tv out just as good? Is it "customizable" like nvidia with tvtool?

I just want to watch movies with good quality...

in my opinion the ati cards show better results
than the nvidia products for the use with a TV or
    a beamer.....

So I assume there are no black borders on the side, no flicker and the perspective´s the right one?
Do the catalyst drivers let you control these things? That´s my only fear...

the ati drivers allow you to adapt the screen in width

and height exactly for your TV ....I use a svideo cable to connect my card to tv and have never met any problems.
I was able to test it on several TV sets so far....
when choosing tv output the out put is automatically
        reconfigured to 800X600 50 hz...or 60 in ntsc countries

using svideo output also allows you to reconfigure
if you want to meet the needs of a beamer or a svideo
        supported monitoring device......

the radeon is my third ati card that I use, and I have always been pleased with the result

On my Radeon 8500, everything is displayed perfectly (no border, no flickers, sharper than the Geforce and has a touch of crispness to it). I personally find ATI cards better at TV-out quality.
