Subtitles in Anime shows

Hi there!I am trying to burn some anime Fansubs to play in my DVD player. While I haven't had any problems encoding them and burning them on VCD. Certian titles are cut off at the bottom and I can't see the subtitles. However the subtitles are part of the actual video so I can do any of the subtitle stuff. Does anyone know how to raise the video so that the bottom is not cut off? If you could email me how or link me to a giude that would be great! Thanks! buy the way I use Nero to do all my encoding and burning. And these are all anime fan subs so I am not breaking any copyright laws or anything! My email is Lord_Cardinal@yahoo.com

I am afraid that you are stuck there. The only possible ways that you can follow would be to contact the group (who fansubbed the particular shows) and ask whether they would be kind enough to give you the subtitle scripts for each show (I put whether because most groups are typically guarded against giving out their subtitle scripts).
