as far a the watching quality on vcd is concerned then good is an original that has being converted from proper dvd and on a good cd and on a good tele.

the better the quality the bigger the file size, so if your film is gona take 3 cd's then so be it at least its 3 cd's of watchable film rather than 1 cd of squinting.

hey thank men, i understand, but i have another questin, how i can burn *.avi and *.mpg to vcd?

i friend tellme with nero but i burn the cd and when i put the cd in my cdplayer dont work, its readin and readin the cd, what is the problem?.

please tell me the steps to burn a vcd in my cd, thanks advanced

Basicly you need to convert the avi into a mpg (you can do this with TMPGENc)
and after that you burn the mpg to vcd (with Nero Or Easy)
