Do you know of a DVD software I can use for a 233MHz machine?

I don't know if a 233MHz machine can handle DVD playback (tried it on a PII 333 and it barely worked). However, you might try getting your hands on a 2nd hand or budget video card that supports hardware-based MPEG-2 decoding and installing it in the system.

If anything at all is ging to work in software it's going to be the most dirt old software ever made and even then 233 is asking for problems.... If the above hardware decoders is not an option then look for the oldest copy of WinDVD or PowerDVD you can find and hope for the best.
