    Burning VCD'S

Ive been downloading movies and want to put them onto disc in vcd format to watch on my dvd player as it plays vcd. The movie format the now is .avi - What software will convert it to vcd and burn it?

    Thanks in advance,

Sorry, I just noticed that you stated that you've DOWNLOADED this movie.

Since I personally find illicitly obtaining commercial media, I'm deleting my initial response, rather than provide you with additional information as to how to proceed...

Setarip...on usenet there's a whole lotta groups in alt.binary.multimedia.... where you can find a raft of clips and movies (many of them homemade.) Why assume the worse and think he's using Kazaa to download commercial material? By the look of her (or his) byline, she appears to be coming directly from alt.binaries,multimedia.erotica.

Use TMPGenc to convert the avi to an vcd-compliant mpeg file.
Did you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:

Also search on the whole Digital-Digest website:
