lion king special edition

I brought the lion king movie, the 2 disk special edition and I am trying to back it up but i just cant get the size down. Has anyone been able to back this movie up yet? if so please could you let me know what to take out so that I can back up the movie please.

Animaion has a habbit of not being able to compress very well sometimes in MPEG-2. I never bought/watched this DVD so I cant answer yer question but $10 says it has something to do with it being animated.
