"The Patriot" won't encode with Sound

I have been trying to make a backup of "The Patriot." I cannot get it to work with sound. I have tried encode the whole disk, as well as reauthoring just the feature movie. Every time I try, it appears to work fine, but there is no audio. Every other DVD I have tried (over a dozen) have worked flawlessly.

Any thoughts? Is this some dort of copy protection that DVDShrink can't deal with?
