Making back-ups of my dvds

Hi there

I was trying to make some back-up of my favorite movies, so i decided to download smartripper to copy the files on a harddrive that will serve has backup.

But i think there is a problem i get a message when the program is loading itself ... A prompt window open with this message "No keys found to this encrypted file" ...

Could someone help me out, i can't make no back up ...

Try PLAYING the DVD and then PAUSE it. Then run SmartRipper...
