burning disc

help can anyone out there help ican seem to be able to burn in nero it always tell me the compliance test has failed & i could burn the disc & it might not play i have tried it & it never plays .
i have downloaded the latest patch'es from the nero site but its still the same.

1) What specific version number of NERO are you using? (5.x.x., 6.x.x.x - you fill in the numbers instead of "x")

2) What software and procedures did you use to create the (I presume) DVD files that you are trying to burn?

3) What mode ("DVD-Video", "UDF/ISO", etc.) and procedures are you using in NERO?

4) What's the title of the DVD?
